Covenant Starter
The Covenant Starter is your entry point into structured training—a single week designed to show you what discipline feels like before you commit to the full system. You'll train three days following a clear format: lower body, upper body, and full body, with every session built around strength, carries, and core work. This isn't about motivation; it's about proving you can show up, follow the plan, and finish what you start. Complete the week, log your results, and you'll know whether you're ready for the full 8-week Covenant program.
Covenant System
The Full Covenant System is an 8-week training phase built to establish structure, strength, and consistency from the ground up. The Refinery
The Refinery is an 8-week barbell specialization phase built for those who've already established a training foundation. Accountability Track
The Accountability Track is a structured system designed to keep your training consistent, focused, and progressing. Each week, you follow your program—whether it’s Covenant, Refinery, Crucible, or your own—and check in once to receive direct feedback, adjustments, and next steps. It’s not constant messaging or hands-on coaching; it’s a disciplined framework that ensures you execute, track your work honestly, and stay aligned with a clear standard so you don’t drift or fall off.
