Weeks 1–2 → Foundation (Control)
Learn pacing. Build aerobic base.

Weeks 3–4 → Build (Volume)
Increase total work. Reduce rest.

Weeks 5–6 → Pressure (Intensity)
Higher output. Density work.

Shorter recovery.

Week 7 → Consolidation
Reduce volume. Maintain intensity.

Week 8 → Test Week
Benchmark performance under fatigue.

This is progression — not randomness.
