Built not Found

Real conversations about discipline, structure, faith, rebuilding, strength, and the work required to become who you were meant to be.

Built Not Found is the ongoing story behind TMPL.BLT.

Not the polished version.  The real one.  The setbacks.  The rebuilds.
The lessons learned in garages, early mornings, injuries, failures, prayer, and repetition.

This podcast documents the process of building strength — physically, mentally, and spiritually — long before the doors of TMPL.BLT officially open.

Because meaningful things aren’t found.  They’re built.

What We Talk About

Every episode explores the systems, habits, convictions, and environments that shape who we become.

Topics include:

  • discipline and structure

  • motivation vs consistency

  • rebuilding after drift

  • faith and accountability

  • purpose and identity

  • recovery and stewardship

  • family and leadership

  • strength training and resilience

  • building a life that holds under pressure

This isn’t surface-level motivation.

It’s about building frameworks that still stand when motivation fades.

Why Built Not Found Exists

TMPL.BLT started as a personal rebuild before it ever became a business.

Years of injuries, drift, inconsistency, and exhaustion slowly pulled life out of alignment.

Training disappeared.
Structure disappeared.
Faith faded too.

Then came the rebuild.

Not overnight.
Not perfectly.
Slowly. Quietly. Repeatedly.

The same process that rebuilt physical strength also rebuilt discipline, clarity, peace, purpose, and faith.

Built Not Found exists to document that process honestly — and to help other people realize they’re not broken.

Most people have just drifted.

DISCIPLINE

Small decisions repeated long enough to change identity.

STRUCTURE

Frameworks that hold when motivation disappears.

COMMUNITY

No one holds alone. Accountability changes everything.

PURPOSE

Environment and direction shape who you become.

CONVICTION

Comfort negotiates. Conviction decides.

STEWARDSHIP

The body is a responsibility, not an idol.

Built in Dutchess County

TMPL.BLT is being built in Dutchess County, New York.

What started in a garage became a larger vision:
a serious training environment rooted in discipline, accountability, faith, structure, and community.

The podcast documents that process in real time — before the doors open, before the facility exists, and before the finished version ever arrives.  This is the foundation phase.

The work continues.
