Refinery is an 8-week barbell specialization phase built around:

  • Squat

  • Deadlift

  • Bench Press

  • Overhead Press

You train 4 days per week, following a fixed session structure:

Week 7 → Peak Prep

Reduce fatigue. Sharpen execution.

Week 8 → Test Week
Max effort. Measurable output.
