Follow Your Program
Whatever you're currently doing — Covenant, a custom plan, or your own routine — this gives it structure. You set your anchor days at onboarding. Those are your non-negotiables.
Check In Weekly
Every week you report: what you completed, where you slipped, your habit scores (Standard/Premium), and your plan for the next week. Takes 5–10 minutes.
Apply Adjustments
Your coach reviews your check-in and responds with targeted feedback. Small corrections, week over week. That's how consistency builds into something real.

This is not a generic program. Every check-in is reviewed by a real coach. What you receive back depends on your tier — but at every level, the feedback is direct and grounded in what you actually submitted.
Base
Weekly acknowledgment + one targeted adjustment or observation. Response within 48 hours.
Standard
Habit review + weekly adjustment note + one specific focus area for the coming week. Response within 36 hours.
Premium
Full check-in review + habit analysis + performance feedback + priority response within 24 hours + Monthly Standard Report.

Standard Report is included in Standard and Premium tiers. Base members can request a monthly summary for a one-time add-on fee. Reports are delivered by email on the first Monday of each new month.
Consistency Score
Sessions completed vs. planned across the full month. Your attendance percentage, week by week.
Habit Averages
Nutrition, sleep, and energy scores averaged across all four check-ins. Where you're strong. Where you're slipping.
Coach Assessment
A direct written assessment from your coach: what improved, what still needs work, and what the next 30 days should focus on.
Next Phase
A clear recommendation: continue at current tier, upgrade, or — if you're local — a conversation about in-person membership.

Members who complete 90 days in the Accountability Track with a consistent Green or Yellow record are eligible for a discounted transition into in-person membership. Your consistency here is your application.
