Two weeks to build your base — so everything after it actually works.

Your Onboarding Phase

This is where you:

  • Learn how to move correctly

  • Build a baseline for strength and conditioning

  • Understand how sessions are structured

  • Get comfortable with the environment

You’re not rushed.
You’re not guessing.
You’re building something that lasts.

How It Works

You’ll experience two complete passes through our weekly program:

Cycle 1 — Learn the Patterns

  • Squat

  • Hinge

  • Push

  • Pull & Carry

Cycle 2 — Reinforce and Load

  • Improve control

  • Add moderate load

  • Apply technique under mild fatigue

Each session builds on the last. You progress naturally inside the group.
No guessing, no waiting for a new block—you’re already in motion.

From Movement to Mastery
  • Confidence in every major pattern

  • Understanding of how each session flows

  • Ability to scale your effort safely

  • Readiness for full Tier training

By the end of eight sessions, you’ll know the system

—and belong in it.

Intentional Coaching Every Session

Your coach tracks how you move, respond, and adjust.
You’ll receive specific corrections and progress notes each time, ensuring you’re not just active—you’re improving with direction.

WHY THIS MATTERS

    They burn out, stall, or get hurt.

  • This is how you avoid that.

WHERE YOU GO AFTER FOUNDATIONS

  • This is where most people get it wrong.

  • They think this is the program.

  • It’s not.

  • This is where you earn your place in it.

  • After Foundations, you’ll move into:

  • → Seasonal Cohorts (structured 8-week progression)
    → Or Refinery (higher-level, accelerated path)

  • This is where the real build begins.
